Victoria Wilkins

Victoria Jean Wilkins, age 40, of 100 Lakecrest Court, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020.

She was born in Dallas, Texas on July 21st, 1980. Vickie attended Ferris Junior High School and was an exceptionally gifted student, being chosen first chair percussion in her school band. She had a great love for God and was very involved with the Missionettes program at Evangel Temple, Waxahachie. She loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with her daddy.

January 6th, 1993 brought a big change to everyone who knew and loved her. Vickie suffered a severe asthma attack that left her without speech or mobility. The past twenty-eight years of her life has brought joy and laughter to all who met her. Her smile and laughter were infectious.

Vickie is preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Milton “Tex” and Margaret (Peggy) Wilkins of Waxahachie; Maternal Grandfather, Dell Ray George of Waxahachie; Cousin, Christopher Beard of Waxahachie.

She is survived by her Parents, John and Donna Wilkins of Waxahachie; Sister, Angela Diaz and husband Nathan of Waxahachie; Nephew, Dylan Diaz of Waxahachie; Niece, Haley Diaz of Waxahachie; Maternal Grandmother, Jo Anne George of Waxahachie; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
