Utah Hogue

Utah Finley Hogue, age 68, died Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Park Manor Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in DeSoto, Texas.

Utah was born June 19, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to Sammie Loyd Hogue and Rosa Etta Arnold.

He is survived by his daughter Brandy Schlegel and son Kenneth Hogue.  He is also survived by brothers, Danny Arnold, and Loyd Hogue, Jr. and sister-in-law Kay Hogue, and two grandchildren Jenna Schlegel, and Shyenne Marlar.

He is preceded in death by his parents Sammie Loyd Hogue and Rosa Etta Arnold Williams, son James Hogue, brothers, Kenneth Hogue, Fred Hogue, Johnny Sevier, and sisters-in-law Janette Hogue, and Nevea Sevier.

Services Celebrating Utah’s life will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2019 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, in Waxahachie, Texas.  His burial will be held at Murray Cemetery on Hwy 6 South of Carbon, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
