A private burial will be held for RETIRED CORPORAL TEDDY R. GARNER, # 1315, at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. He died on April 1, 2020 in Waxahachie, Texas. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Wayne Boze Funeral Home, 1826 West Highway 287 Business, Waxahachie, Texas. There will be a public memorial service at a future time.

RETIRED CORPORAL GARNER is the husband of RETIRED SENIOR CORPORAL

BARBARA GARNER. He served the department for twenty-eight years and retired in 1984. A potted plant has been sent on behalf of the employees of the Dallas Police Department.
