Ralph Yates

Ralph Otto Yates, 84, passed away November 20, 2019 in Waxahachie.

Ralph worked for almost 30 years at Leggett and Platt in Ennis, Texas. Ralph had a passion for hunting, fishing, country dancing and being the life of the party. Ralph was a member of the Northside Church of Christ in Waxahachie.

Ralph was proceeded in death by his wife Peggy Yates, parents Otto and Ruth Yates, grandson Clint Sanchez, 5 sisters Myrtle, Alline, Polly, Bertha and Geraldine, and his brother Jake Yates.

Ralph is survived by his daughter Terri Presley and her husband David, granddaughter Sarah Bazan and her husband Jeremy, granddaughter Carlee Martin and her husband Cody, great grandchild Natalie and Jackson Bazan and Rush and Presley Martin, brother Charles Yates and wife Margaret, sister Kathy Faye Rinehart and husband Joe and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors who he loved dearly.

Friends and family are encouraged to gather for a time of visitation on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 6 to 8 in the evening at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Services celebrating Ralph's life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Burial will follow the services at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
