Patrick Alan McKissick was born on October 6, 1984 in Dallas, TX. He was one of four children. He grew up in Desoto, TX and later moved to Maypearl, TX with his family.
Patrick graduated from Maypearl High School in 2003. He was an artist, comedian, loving brother, son, and Uncle. He worked for McKissick Construction using his creative talents to serve Ellis and Dallas county areas. Patrick took great pride in his work, so you know you were getting the best when it came from him. Whether he was remodeling a home, building a shed, or even just drawing, he did his best to brighten your day.
Patrick loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed listening to music and cooking for his family whenever they could get together. He also loved spoiling his nieces and nephew with sweets and treats.
Patrick was loving, kind, and never met a stranger. Every person he met was just a friend that hadn’t been introduced to him yet. He could sit and talk to you for hours about anything and everything.
He especially loved talking about the Dallas Cowboys. Every Superbowl he would tell you why the Cowboys hadn’t made it to the Superbowl and what they were going to have to do to make it there next year.
He is proceeded in death by his grandparents Grandpa Chon and Grandma Tina, Papa McKissick and Grandma Dorothy, his uncle Owen and two aunts, Sherry and Terry. Patrick will forever be remembered by his parents Javier and Lorrie Gonzales, and by his brothers Javi, Nicholas and wife McKenzie and sister Jessica and husband Travis, and their three children Jaxon, Julia, and Jolie, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
