Patricia Werner

November 25, 1943 — July 9, 2021

Plano

Patricia was born in Waxahachie, Texas on November 25, 1943 and raised with her lifelong friend and older sister, Norma by their loving parents Lawrence and Frances Mabra.  Patricia attended Thomas Edison in Dallas, Texas and thereafter held many roles.   Patricia was married twenty-five years to her loving husband John Morgan and raised a family of four.    Family was the center of Patricia’s life.  She spoke everyday with her sister Norma without fail at 3:30 pm.  We all knew not to call from 3:30 to 5:30 pm because that was the sisters time together.  She was a loving and devoted daughter and cared for her parents every day in their later years of life.   Always surrounded by or seeking out family, Patricia was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, niece and cousin to many.

With a heart of gold and a smile to light up a room, Patricia had a rare, magical quality in finding sheer excitement in simple pleasures and left a positive feeling on everyone who had the opportunity to meet or enjoy knowing her.  Patricia had many interests that delighted her.  She was a natural artist and loved colors, she loved to dance and taught us how to do the twist and cultivated our love for dance, she loved music, especially the oldies and Elvis Presley, going to concerts, nature and the great outdoors, camping, planting flowers, her beloved dogs Sugar and Ladybug and of course Disneyworld.  Most importantly, Patricia was a believer and her strong faith guided her throughout her entire life.   Her most cherished legacy is her family. Her smile, her kindness, wisdom, funny expressions, sense of humor and her pure open heart will be missed every moment of every day.  We take comfort in knowing she is reunited with loved ones and watching over us from above.

Preceded in death by her loving husband John Morgan, her ever loving parents and her loving son David Davis.  Patricia leaves to cherish her memory her loving sister Norma Williams, her children Rickey Davis and wife Cheryl, daughters Deborah Werner and Robin Levinson, grandchildren Abbey and Blake Levinson,  Jason, Jeremy and Tim Bartosic, Amy Davis Siebenaller and great-grandchildren Brendan, Ian and Korbyn Tallant and loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
