Kyle Ellis

Kyle Edwin Ellis was born on March 15, 1992 and passed away at home on November 7, 2019. Kyle was a 2010 graduate of Waxahachie High School. He was a member of the WHS band, as well as the Boy Scout Troop 234 where he obtained the rank of Life Scout. Kyle attended Universal Technical Institute where he studied auto repair and was presently employed at Pete’s Tire. He never met a stranger and was always willing and ready to help anyone.

Kyle is survived by his father and mother, John (Andy) and Kathi Ellis of Waxahachie, Texas; mother, Rhonda Wilson and her husband Noel of Red Oak, Texas; brothers, James Ellis and his wife Jessica of Waxahachie, Texas and Jason Holcomb and his wife Brandi of Tyler, Texas; grandparents, John and Jean Ellis of St. Petersburg, Florida, Roy and Shirley Wilson of DeSoto, Texas and Joe and Norma Jackson of Tyler, Texas; niece, Jenna Lee Ellis of Waxahachie, Texas; nephew, Jhasper Ellis of Waxahachie, Texas; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kyle will also be missed by his four-legged brothers, Punkin and Oreo.

Services for Kyle Edwin Ellis will be held at Wayne Boze Funeral Home located at 1826 West Hwy. 287 Business; Waxahachie, Texas 75165 with a Visitation on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 6 to 8 pm and a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 10am followed by Burial at Gateway Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention North Texas at AFSP.org
