Kenneth Evan Campbell (Known as Ken to his friends, Evan to his family, and Daddo to his kids) passed away on November 11, 2021.

Ken was born in Dallas, Texas on January 17, 1966. While attending Justin F. Kimball High School, he was most interested in architecture and was an enthusiastic member of the ROTC.

After graduation, Ken attended Mountain View College.

Ken always worked hard to support his family, doing everything from delivering pizzas, to retail service, to working at Cutler Hammer for 15 years.

Ken’s most recent place of work was Dart Container, where he worked for 18 years. His friends and coworkers all remember him as hard-working and dependable; not just a boss, but a leader and a friend.

In his personal life, Ken loved spending time with his family more than anything. Whether it was eating a good meal together, going on a family outing, or just helping with something, he was at his happiest with his loved ones. He adored his two grandsons, who know him as PopPop, and showered them with affection and gifts at every opportunity. He treated his dog, Sweet Pea, similarly and loved her very much.

Ken enjoyed doing activities such as kayaking, biking, boating, playing pool, and going to the arcade. He especially loved attending NASCAR Races, Dallas Stars games, Cowboys games, and Ranger games.

He had love for games of all types and spent countless hours over the years playing things like Halo, World of Warcraft, Skyrim and Fallout.

Ken also loved music, and his family would often catch him blasting AC/DC, Metallica, Journey, Faith Hill, Rascal Flatts, Warren G, Kool & the Gang and so much more.

Ken was caring, reliable, boisterous, and sometimes very silly. He loved to laugh. His spirit was vibrant, and his life was rich. He surrounded himself with the people and things he loved. He was always eager to go on a new adventure, and left the biggest impressions everywhere he went.

Ken is survived by his wife, Lisa Campbell; daughter, Amber Campbell; son, Matthew Campbell; daughter-in-law, Emily Campbell; grandsons, Oliver Campbell and Nicolas Campbell. Ken is preceded in death by his mother, Ernestene Evans Campbell.

Ken’s endless love for his family will never be forgotten, and he will be missed greatly.

We love you forever, Daddo.
