Scooby told Karen on their first date that he was going to marry her. She said “no chance”. Scooby

proposed to Karen on their second date and the next 55 years is sweet history. Karens big brother

Rodger would use her as his personal gym equipment, lifting her up, over his head and bench

pressing the couch with her sitting on it.

Karen loved to go fishing with her grandad at Lake Texoma. She loved to read her Bible and enjoyed serving in Victory Baptist Church, with the food pantry and having Bible study with the ladies. Karen

Year safety award.

Karen made it a priority to support and encourage her two grandsons in all of their activities and events.

did not act better. She also enjoyed cooking for everyone and also using family members to taste

test her diabetic recipes. Karen had a passion hosting family and friends get togethers for all the
