Geoffrey Lea

GEOFFREY L. LEA              MAY 14, 1964 – SEPTEMBER 13, 2019

Dallas, Texas – Geoffrey Lyman Lea died September 13, 2019 at the age of 55.  He is survived by his son, Calvin and daughter Anne; brother Harold, his wife Holly; sisters Jennifer and her husband Ken Wischmeyer; Heather and her husband Bob LeRoy; niece Kristianna; nephews Gregory, Alexander, and Ripton and his mother Judy.  Geoff was preceded by his father, Lyman Glenn Lea in 2017.

Born in San Mateo, California, Geoff was one of 4 children to Lyman, a San Francisco banking lawyer and Judy (Foss) of Juneau, Alaska.  He attended Crystal Springs/Uplands High School in Hillsborough, California and graduated with dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Arizona State University in Tucson.  Geoff enjoyed a successful 20-year career in commercial real estate development and investments and loved his hobbies of fishing, hunting and home improvement projects.

Memorial services will be held at Pat Boze Memorial Chapel in Waxahachie, Texas on September 27th at 11:00 a.m.  Memorial donations to churches and homeless shelters in lieu of flowers are appreciated.
