Charlie Chapman Ii

Charlie Ray “Sonny” Chapman II, passed away on March 28, 2020 at the age of 54 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waxahachie with his daughter by his side.  Sonny was born in Waxahachie, Texas on October 21, 1965 to Charlie Ray & Mandline Chapman.  Sonny grew up in Forreston, Texas until the age of 13 when he and his parents moved to Waxahachie.  Sonny loved riding dirt bikes, working on cars, motorcycles and lawn mowers.  He attended Waxahachie Schools and later worked for the City of Waxahachie.  He was a mechanic by trade.  He lived with his sister Brenda Chapman and his loyal companion and pet dog GaGa on Old Buena Vista Road.  Sonny was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Cheryl Tadlock and Cindy Tindell and a nephew Christopher Ray Chapman.  He leaves behind a daughter Tabetha Marie Chapman and husband Jesse Morales. Two Grandsons:  Michael Don & Seth Ray Fanning; Granddaughter:  Myah Beth Morales; Ex wife:  Yvonne Bryson & sister in law:  Wendy and Dale McClain and a sister Brenda Chapman; 4 nephews:  Gary Tadlock, Nick Sauceda, Russell Tindell and Casy Gruben;  5 Nieces:  Tara, Terri, Tracie, Tindell, Summer and Autumn Sauceda.  Brother in law:  Rusty Tindell.  Sonny is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews and a host of friends and other family.
