Virginia Eleanor Bodtke, age 87

Mrs. Bodtke passed away Tuesday at Pleasant Manor Health and Rehab, Waxahachie. She was born in Peacock, TX. to Albert Roden and Lee Ila (Price) Sherrod.

She is survived by: nephew, Jerry Young of Kemp, TX.; brother, Ralph Sherrod of Moody, TX.; sisters, Zera Schiller of San Antonio, TX., and Florence Young of Ft. Worth, TX.; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Bodtke in 2002 and her parents.
