Tina
Crouch
November 27, 1948 – March 3, 2026
Tina (Christine) Deann Thomas Crouch, age 77, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Tina lived a beautiful life centered on her faith, her family, and the many people she mentored and encouraged along the way. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and built a successful career in the oil industry, retiring from Ensco International. In the middle of her career, she returned to school to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and went on to establish the company’s first Internal Audit Department. Through determination and hard work, she broke barriers and became the first woman Vice President in the company’s history. She also earned the distinction of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Tina took great pride in her work and loved mentoring others, helping many grow in their careers. Her work also gave her the opportunity to travel the world, something she truly enjoyed.
Outside of her career, Tina was incredibly creative and talented. She loved quilting, ceramics, card making, cross-stitch, sewing, and reading. Her hands were rarely still, and many family members and friends treasure the beautiful things she made for them.
Tina especially loved the outdoors and the time she spent with the love of her life, her husband Joe. They enjoyed fishing and hunting together for many years. She often said she liked hunting more than fishing, but in truth, she was happiest simply being with Joe and sharing the adventure.
Her faith was the foundation of her life. Tina was very active in her church and enjoyed being part of The Cowboy Church Bass Club, the Binding Circle, and the Heart to Heart Bible Study group. She also gave her time to quilting guilds and other organizations, always willing to share her talents and lend a helping hand.
Tina’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and delighted great-grandmother who treasured every moment spent with them.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Dorothy Thomas. She is survived by her loving husband, Joe Crouch; her daughters Lisa Walden and husband Darrel, and Julie Pence and husband Thomas; her grandsons Joe Walden and wife Caitlin, and Michael Walden and wife Maggie; and her precious great-grandchildren Liam, Henry, August, Christopher, and Khloe. She is also survived by her brothers Walt Thomas and husband Rob, and Steve Thomas and wife Lori, along with many nieces, nephews, dear friends, and the many people whose lives she touched.
Tina will be remembered for her strength, kindness, creativity, and adventurous spirit. More than anything, she will be remembered for her deep love for her family and her unwavering faith in the Lord. Her family finds comfort in the words of Scripture:
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
