Ray was known for his dedication to God and church as he regularly attended and participated in the Church of Christ in Red Oak, TX. He was also recognized for his friendliness, encouragement and generosity. He enjoyed piloting small planes in his younger years, but his favorite pastime was a round of golf with family or friends.
Ray had a strong work ethic. He managed several types of retail stores and eventually formed a tool business. For many years he served the local area as a Mac Tool distributor selling tools to local shops from a commercial tool truck. He loved providing the tools that helped his clients succeed.
Ray was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but they find comfort in knowing he is at peace with the Lord.
