Nelda Jean Deleshaw, 81, graduated peacefully from her home in Waxahachie

to her heavenly home, to be with her Lord and Savior on November 7, 2020.

She was born in a log cabin outside Longdale, Oklahoma on March 16, 1939.

She loved her family, friends and churches, Refiners Fire and

Desoto First United Methodist. She was a founding member of the American Business Women’s Association Desoto Charter Chapter. She retired from the Social Security Administration and worked for many years afterwards for Kraft & Associates.

She is survived by her daughter Faith Browning and husband Hugh,

Grandson Odos Matthews IV and wife Kayla,

Granddaughters Airy Stafford and husband Clifton, Ceja Lara and husband Benny and Brandy Davis and husband Ronnie Sr.,

Great-grandchildren Alexia Davis, Ronnie Davis Jr. and Tyler Davis,

Great-great-grandchildren Luke, Landon and Jaxx,

Bonus-daughters Tricia Hunt and husband Chris, Tina Greene and Lucinda Hanes, Bonus-grandchildren Violet, Alyssa and Ashlea Hunt, Amber and Ryan Greene,  Amanda Gray and Kaylea Hanes,

Bonus-great-grandchildren Jayden Gray and Grayson Miller.

She was also survived by her sisters Alice Ellison and Lou LaChance

and many nieces and nephews.

Due to our countries current circumstances,

a memorial service will be held on a future date.
