Jerry Wayne McGinley, 80, left this earth March 4, 2020, Red Oak, TX

He graduated from Sweetwater, TX 1958, served in the US Army from 1958-1961.  He has been a loyal employee at Carlisle Chevrolet for 33 years.  He attended the Avenue Church for over 35 years as a Sunday School Teacher, discipleship training leader and most recently Head Usher.

He is preceded in death by his father, Stewart, mother, Dorothy.  He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary T. McGinley, son, Robby McNutt and wife, Lori, daughter Amy Morren and husband Jeff, son, Aaron McGinley and wife Melani,  8 grandchildren, Kenzie Kowalski and husband Brenden, Hunter Gonzalez, Wesley McNutt, Cameron McNutt, Emily Morren, Caleb Morren, Tru Gonzalez and great granddaughter Harper McGinley.  He also leaves behind beloved friends, customers, softball buddies, bowling buddies and church family and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, March 9, 2020, 6-8 PM, at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.  The Celebration of his life will be 10 AM, Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at The Avenue Church, Waxahachie, TX
