James Bryant

James "Jay" Bruce Bryant passed away peacefully on June 7, 2018 at his home in Waxahachie. James was the son of the late Bruce and Leta Bryant. James was born May 4, 1938 in Dallas.

James, better known as…. Jay, served in Law Enforcement for over 34 years before his retirement from Dallas County Sheriff's Department. Jay also served our country in the United States Navy.

James "Jay" is survived by his beloved wife Nancy Crannell Bryant; four sons Steve, Jeffrey, James Jr, and Christopher Bryant. Three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

There will be a memorial service to celebration Jay's life on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home located at 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business Waxahachie.

Wayne Boze Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
