B was born on October 29, 1953, in Portsmouth, Virginia, to his loving parents, Burton Allen Bullock Sr. and Bobbie Joe Bullock.
B was a man of unwavering strength, genuine kindness, and a contagious sense of humor, which brightened the lives of all who knew him. He found joy in his hobbies, such as model making, music, spending time with family and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan from the beginning. He is survived by his father, Burton Allen Bullock Sr., and his significant other Dollie Fugitt Marshall, who treated B like a son.
Left to cherish his memory is his devoted wife, Wendy Bullock, and their beloved children Stephanie, Burton, Mary, Katie, Paul, Nicholas, and Sarah. B also leaves behind a legacy of love as a proud grandfather to Kameron, McKenzie, Carley, Oliver, Darrell, Rhea, Phillip, Mateo, Luna, and Amelia.
B was preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie Joe Bullock and grandparents Jeanette Penn, Leonard Dee Bullock, Easter Estelle McKee Bullock and his best friend who was a brother, Terry Wilson.
