Bobby was also involved with the Masonic Lodge, the Order of the Eastern Star, Scottish Rite Hospital and Shriners International.
Bobby was welcomed into heaven by his daughter, Linda Jo Westbrook Oakes, and his son, Donnie Westbrook; his parents, Frank and Robbie Westbrook; along with brothers, Allen, Alvis and Nolan Westbrook, and sister, Lourene Emery; and many other family members.
