Beverly Ann Haley Foard, born September 12, 1933, in Wichita Falls, Texas joined our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 21, 2026. 

After settling with her family in Houston, Texas she graduated from M. B. Lamar High School and attended the University of Houston. Beverly married David Ashby Foard on August 21, 1953, had three sons and celebrated a joyous 71 years of marriage before David's passing June 12, 2025.

Beverly's father worked in an engineering capacity for Texaco for 40 years, and her mother owned and operated a lady's wear clothing store in downtown Houston. After spending 12 years raising her three children In Albuquerque, NM she moved to Ballwin, Missouri and later to Lubbock, Texas. Beverly's early working career included a stint in New Jersey working for Prudential Life Insurance, and later Bank of The West, Lubbock, Texas for over 20 years. She was a dedicated member of the congregation at Manchester United Methodist in Manchester, Missouri and after moving to Lubbock in June of 1980, First United Methodist Church of Lubbock. She loved roses and was an avid gardener and a member of the Woodsmill Garden Club. Her dedication to her family led to an enjoyment of and love in the art of cooking; she could make anything in the kitchen. She also adored music and loved to spend hours playing the ballads, showtunes and waltzes on her piano, and was an avid movie fan of comedy and musicals from the 1940's and 1950's. She also frequently browsed local antique shops and malls and fervently supported her three sons love of sports and scouting.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents. John Ross Haley and Lois Bee Childress Haley and her son John Clinton Foard and is survived by her loving family, son, David A. Foard Jr. and his wife Sharon, son, James K. Foard and his wife Leah, grandchildren, Michelle Foard, David R. Foard, Erin Foard and Faith Foard and Great Grandchildren David R. Foard, Jr., Kathryn Foard, Andrew Foard and Elena Foard. 

May she rest in eternal peace in the arms of Jesus.
