Betty Annear-Conrad

April 5, 1931 — July 27, 2018

Betty Jean Annear-Conrad, age 87, of Waxahachie passed away into the arms of her Lord and Savior Friday, July 28, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 5, 1931 in Lillian, TX

Mymommy, as she was lovingly referred to by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, was a lady of grace and beauty. She loved getting her family together at her house for holidays and Sundays and cooking amazing food. Betty's family was her world and she lived for hugs and kisses from her great grand babies. Her godly legacy will no doubt continue through her family. Her total and complete graciousness was felt by all who had the blessing of meeting her. She had a servants heart and loved taking care of people. Her primary concern was always for the well being of others and never for herself.

Betty worked in real estate for 30 years and enjoyed forming relationships with her clients. She was a member of University Assembly of God and South Park Assembly of God and loved singing in the choir. Betty truly led a life dedicated to the Lord. Her beautiful shinning spirit will continue to live on. Though she will be greatly missed by her family they are rejoicing that she is finally in her heavenly home that she has longed for her whole life.

Betty is survived by her husband, Eldon Conrad, of Waxahachie; her daughter Pam Marchbanks and her husband Roy of Waxahachie, her son Kenneth Annear and his wife Sandy, of Waxahachie; her step daughter Eldonna Bates and her husband Floyd of Waxahachie, her stepson Mike Conrad and his wife Lynn of Midlothian, TX; her sister Pattrica Lee and Charles of Denver, Colorado; her brother John Crawford and his wife Martha of Fort Worth, TX; she is also survived by ten grandchildren, Matt Marchanks and his wife Lori of Keller, TX, Ana Jenkins and her husband Graham of Waxahachie, Melanie Hasty and her husband Nick of Murphy, TX, Angie Kimbrell and her husband Jason of Hurst TX, Amy Annear of Waco, TX, Conrad Bates, Caleb Bates and Cortlyn Bates of Waxahachie; Karson Conrad and Kaley Conrad of Midlothian, TX; and eight great grandchildren, Hannah Marchbanks, Henry and Sally Jenkins, Lily, Luke and James Hasty, and Addison and Marshall Kimbrell.
