Althea Ann Robards was born February 12, 1942 in Dallas, Texas and passed this life on December 8, 2022 in Waxahachie, Texas.

Ann was married to George Robards for 55 years, spending the last 25 years in Rockett, Texas. She enjoyed listening to her scanner, and sitting on the back porch swing watching the happenings going on along Clopton Lake Rd. She also had the gift of a "green thumb" and had many potted plants.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents J.E. Caruthers and Betty Jo Huskins, husband George Robards, brother James Wilbur Smith, daughter Virginia Durham.

Ann is survived by her brothers Raymond Smith and Dennis Smith, daughters Betsey King and Paula Clements, sons Ricky Robards, Jimmy Caruthers, and Dickey Bodkins, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
